Get your motor running before or after a workout with this powerful shake.  Almonds are a great source of Vitamin E-that matters to your muscles because Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant that can help prevent free-radicle damage after your workouts.  And recent scientific evidence indicates that pistachios, when eaten as a part of a healthy diet, can increase the levels of antioxidants in the blood of adults with high cholesterol.

So take a few minutes and try this wonderful shake.  You will be glad you did.

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
20 unsalted roasted almonds
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup of roasted pistachios
1 tsp. organic blue agave syrup
1 cup of ice

In a blender, combine almond milk, almonds, powder, pistachios and agave.  Process for 1 minute.  Add ice and blend till smooth.

BTW this Sunday my TEAM and I will be cycling 62 miles in the fight against diabetes.  So far we have raised over $2600.00 for the American Diabtes Association!!!!

Have a great weekend.

nice post !!An impressive share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a coworker who has been conducting a little research on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast due to the fact that I stumbled upon it for him… lol. So allow me to reword this…. Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanks for spending the time to talk about this matter here on your web page.
